We are one of only a few wineries in Australia to produce this interesting and versatile wine. We first planted Arinto, a Portuguese white variety, in 2015. Our very first release has already received three bronze wine show medals this year. Complex aromas of fresh lemon lead onto a rich, full palate of zesty lime and melon flavours with a refreshing dry finish. An advantage of this variety is that it maintains vibrant acidity during a warm growing season. It is very 'moreish' making it hard to stop at one glass! Enjoy with canapés or seafood this Christmas.

The brilliant deep green gold colour of this wine immediately attracts attention and rewards with complex aromas of fresh lemon and citrus blossom. The palate is filled with fresh and luscious lemon, lime and melon flavours. It has a great mouthfeel and finishes with a dry acidic lift that makes it most vibrant and refreshing.

Picked in the early morning to protect the fruit, which was immediately crushed and pressed to tank. We kept the pressings separate to use for our White Fortified. The wine was fermented with a neutral yeast to preserve the varietal flavours. This wine was entirely kept in stainless steel prior to bottling. Some wineries use oak, but as this was the first time we have made this wine, we wanted to see how the wine turned out without any external factors.
