2009 Tastes of Rutherglen

Sourcedining will be catering for your taste buds...

Once again Stanton and Killeen are delighted to partner with this years featured "Tastes Chef" Jodie Jones, co-owner of Sourcedining Albury. Sourcedining a winner of the Age Good Food Guides Chef‘s Hat in 2008 was also named best southern contempory Australian formal restaurant 2008 in the NSW Restaurant and Catering Awards.

Jodie and Steve combine international experience, a love of the area and local knowledge to showcase the fine produce of the region.

 

Taste the 2006 Durif release

S & K have chosen this weekend to release our much anticipated 2006 Durif. It is to be served on both Sundays of the festival with an entrée serve of Game and Rosemary sausage, pressed potato salad and radicchio marmalade carefully crafted by Jodie. Saturday's menu will be charred Milawa free-range quail with profiteroles, chicken liver parfait and raspberry dressing matched with our fresh vibrant Sparkling Shiraz.


Children will also be catered for. Dine in comfortable relaxed surroundings. Meals will be served under the cover of a marquee , umbrella or in case of hot weather on our air conditioned mezzanine floor.
