Join us on the lawn at Stanton and Killeen to enjoy a culinary experience presented by The Green Shed, Beechworth:

Saturdays 10th and 17th: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Lemon paprika Rivalea pork medallions on a cozido of white bean, wine, paprika, roast tomatoes, port sausage and garlic inflused olive oil topped with crackling and a parsley and coriander salad. Perfectly matched to a 2006 Vintage Fortified...try a vp with something different and see for yourself how well it goes.

Sundays 11th and 18th: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. - Lamb cutlet served with a warm salad of caramelised onions, pinenuts and roasted capsicum seasoned with cumin complemented by marinated fetta with a capsicum coulis.

Enjoy with the 2009 Prince Reserva, a magnificent wine crafted from Portuguese varieties.

Vintage Fortified 2006

Its that exciting time of the year when another of our fine Vintage Fortifieds is released to the wine loving public. In the case of the 2006 the combination of grape varieties has resulted in a classic dry, elegant style with rich fruit and chocolate flavours on the palate. The firm tannin finish ensures this wine will mature, like its predecessors in the bottle for 20 years or more.

Success near and far for Stanton & Killeen

We are all buzzing with excitement after the Grand Rutherglen Muscat was awarded the prestigious Best Fortified Trophy at the Australian Boutique Wines Awards dinner held in Sydney in July. This follows the outstanding result achieved last month when our Classic Rutherglen Muscat picked up the Trophy for Best Fortified Muscat at the International Wine challenge in London, one of the largest wine shows on the planet.
